The Mini Monte SS

Eli Iverson is racing a Junior Dragster nicknamed the "Mini Monte SS" after "Ying" and "Yang" the Monte Carlo SS drag cars also raced by AIM Racing team members. The "Mini Monte SS" has a Quadzilla motor and custom paint by Shawn Blehm of Fine Line Striping.

After racing quads for four years(see AIM's Sand Drag History), Eli began racing the Junior Dragster in 2009 in the JDRL 8-9 Year class at Woodburn Dragstrip. He adjusted quickly to racing on the asphalt with two 1st place wins, four runner ups, and three top qualifier medallions.

Eli moved up to the JDRL Thunder class in 2010. He currently holds one 1st place win, and one first place win in the Run Tuff category. With six more races to go before the year is over, Eli is currently in 6th place out of fifteen racers with only a hundred points between him and the 1st place leader.
